The office has 2 insolvency administrators with many years of experience in the field of insolvency, managing insolvency proceedings (both legal entities and natural persons) and supervising legal protection proceedings. We provide consultations and assistance in matters of insolvency proceedings, prepare draft documents – creditors’ claims, applications for insolvency, objections to insolvency, restructuring plans (legal protection plans), claims against insolvency administrators, etc.

In the field of family law, our practice focuses on matters of property relations, such as marriage contracts, the division of matrimonial property, the financing of child support, as well as issues arising in the international context relating to the interpretation and application of private international law, including divorce rules. The practice of inheritance law of the Office is also related to issues of private international law, including the recognition of inheritance rights and wills in Latvia in relation to foreign legatees. We provide advice and assistance on a wide range of issues related to legal, contractual and testamentary successions, legal procedures for approving the succession, drafting wills and succession agreements, resolving disputes between heirs, division of the inheritance.
